Russian Asetra caviar is a special caviar which comes extremely close to the classic, famous but also scarce Caspian caviar. This is not surprising if you know that the Acipenser Gueldenstadtii is a sturgeon, which was originally also found in Caspian waters. For this product, the breeding conditions are kept in such a way that the sturgeon is raised in almost identical circumstances.
